+Which Indian ports do you cover?
Mundra, Kandla / Deendayal, JNPT (Nhava Sheva), Pipavav, Hazira, Chennai, Cochin and Vizag.
+How are your rates cheaper than NVOCCs?
We hold direct allocations with shipping lines and don't add the typical NVOCC markup. You get the carrier rate plus our small handling fee.
+Do you handle customs clearance?
Yes — we are an in-house licensed CHA at Mundra and Kandla and can handle DGFT, RoDTEP, drawback and DPD.
+Can I get an LCL quote?
Absolutely. Pick 'LCL (per CBM)' in the rate calculator on the home page or quote page.
+How do I track my shipment?
Use the Track Shipment page with your B/L, container or booking number, or email our operations desk at the address in the footer.
